good morning!

ah the first day of winter. i dont think id really be able to tell if not for my tomodachi life updates. speaking of, been playing that a lot! i also got animal crossing on my switch. i never bought a switch because i figured i wouldnt play much and it would be a waste of money but now i have at least 3 games i play regularly so i think it was worth the $180. i struggle with the winter, its like i get cold to the bone and i just cant warm up until my bones are warm. mum also thinks i have raynauds lol. probs. amelia gave me her jacket which i love. i love her so much. :)

ive been taking more photos recently and ive really enjoyed putting them on my blog! i find myself taking photos for the blog more often as well. ive been using the kodak charmera the most, and it works so well for the website because of how small the images are, and i sort of feel like im working with film or a disposable when im using it, because the display screen is so small that you cant really see the photos until you plug it into your phone or computer. i like waiting a bit before i check the photos as well, makes it feel like a surprise!

ive got a fucking stressful 6 weeks coming up because my ride to work (mother) has to get foot surgery and is off work for the next 6 weeks at LEAST. so i either pay ~$45 each way for an uber or spend 2 hours eacah way on public transport and then an extra $10 on uber again. it doesnt even end up being that much cheaper unless i get a myki pass and even then im pushing the budget. BUT it means an excuse to spend more time with amelia! i forgot to add some of her pictures i liked to my blog last time!! its shockingly difficult to get photos off my phone and onto my vm where i write my blog :( ive been using google drive which is fine for uploading from pc to pc but google drive fucking hates when you upload from a phone i guess. i also have an smb share thanks to cherry but it just WONT FUCVKING WORK AHHHHGGHBGHHG i can access it and download from it but I CANT UPLOAD TO IT!!! so if anyone has any suggestions on getting photos from my stupid iphone to a vm.,,, im open to suggestions.

in other news, been working on cherrys labs stuff, and you can check out cherryslabs.elphiene.com to see what we've been up to!! there's some interesting stuff regarding tidal-collab, which is a service ive been developing to bring collaborative playlists to tidal!!! next idea is collaborative playlists for people who use different streaming services but dont count on that yet ok... that sounds hard :(

lastely, ive added a comment section to my blogs! so leave a comment!!! please!!!! and um if it doesnt work let me know LOL. also very much open to blog post suggestions because i find writing about my life cant be that interesting to most people. i want to do a post about cars at some point if anyone cares!
